Carter was a child with an infectious laugh and boundless confidence. He liked to play outside, get dirty, and loved to dance. He often confided in his parents that he wanted to be a doctor, fire fighter, police officer, or taxi driver because those were all professions that helped people. Quick with a band-aid when others were hurt or a mischievous laugh when he wanted to play, Carter never got the chance to dedicate his life to helping others. The Blooming Flower Foundation is our way of allowing him a legacy beyond his short life. He loved picking flowers. So we named the foundation after that.
